Our company has quite a lot of custom templates which incorporate macros etc. In Word we could change how the template menu appeared so that a briefer "List" style of menu appeared instead of the "Icon" style of menu. Now in Word its even worse the Icons are huge and you have to peddle down through 2 drag bars to get to what you want to find - time consuming and annoying.

If Namex is like previous versions, it may not suffice to move or delete the built-in templates because they seem to be regenerated namess the executable. Didn't work, still doesn't. Microsoft Tech Support couldn't solve this "Word Icon" problem either. Even after they upgraded my Office to Office Professional, the generic icon for docx files remained.
